No Walking on Golf Course

The La Paloma golf course which borders the Villages of La Paloma is experiencing an increasing number of unauthorized people, including individuals with pets. Please refrain from using any part of the course or surrounding desert areas for walking or any other activities.

Please advise your guests and renters that such usage is not allowed. Trespassers may be prosecuted due to liability, damage to the course, and other concerns. We want to be a good neighbor to the golf course so that we might expect the same in return.

Lift Station Work

The Villages of La Paloma lift station located on Campo Abierto (just past the southern intersection with N Via Paloma Rosa on the south side of the road) will be having new equipment installed on Wednesday/Thursday/Friday March 15/16/17.  This project will involve work at the lift station along with sewer pump trucks located at two manhole locations nearby.  Please drive with caution as you travel through the community in the vicinity of the work area throughout the installation period.  Given the nature of the work being done, the Board of Directors thanks you in advance for your help during the completion of the project.

Reminder–Check Your Water Pressure

Water pressure should be checked on a regular basis to prevent pipes from bursting and damage to appliances.  Water pressure can be measured with a water pressure gauge which can be purchased at any hardware store.  Pressure should be measured outside at the hose bib.  Pressure regulating valves have a limited life span and need to be replaced by a plumber.  Please check the water pressure to your house, especially if you notice increased shower or faucet pressure.
