Welcome to the Villages of La Paloma!

The Villages of La Paloma is a private master-planned luxury gated community of 183 homes located at the base of the beautiful Santa Catalina Mountains and adjacent to the La Paloma Country Club and the Westin La Paloma Resort and Spa. A community recreation/pool area with BBQ grills and a heated spa and pool provides a center for social activities. The community is enhanced by the abundance of wildlife and natural desert landscaping throughout.

La Paloma Property Owners Association

As a planned community, the Villages of La Paloma is governed by recorded deed restrictions – the Covenants, Conditions, and Restrictions (CC&Rs). The purpose is to ensure the development of the community as it was originally envisioned and to guarantee that the Villages of La Paloma will continue to be a beautiful, well-maintained community.

The Villages of La Paloma is part of a master planned community, La Paloma Property Owners Association, which consists of 856 homes and lots located in ten sub-associations:

Professional management of the Villages of La Paloma is done by HBS Stratford Community Management. The company handles the financial responsibilities and enforcement of provisions in the Villages of La Paloma Homeowners Association Governing Documents. In addition, they oversee the contracts for the Association and are the point of contact for any question regarding landscaping, pool maintenance, trash collection, street repairs, resale questions or any other HOA related inquiry.
